Jordan W. Peagler is a partner and founder of MKP Law Group who was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. Jordan is a trial attorney who handles complex civil litigation matters in personal injury, medical malpractice, and insurance bad faith in California. Jordan is contracted with the Karnas Law Firm to handle our California Personal Injury Litigation. He is extremely intense and focused, handling each of his client’s cases with organization and purpose.
Jordan received his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University of San Diego where he was awarded the USD Trustee Scholarship for academic excellence. During his undergraduate years, he received multiple Dean’s List and First Honors distinctions while participating in the Phi Alpha Delta pre-law fraternity as well as the Sigma Alpha Political Science Honors Society. Jordan earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Arizona where he was a member of the Arizona Journal of International and Comparative Law where his article on cyber warfare was selected for publication. During law school, he completed a judicial externship for the Honorable Christopher Coury in Maricopa County Superior Court, and later clerked at Martin & Bonnett, PLLC.

Jordan has also given lectures to out-of-state attorneys on the nuances of California personal injury law. Away from the office he enjoys golfing and watching sports, particularly the NFL and the Arizona Cardinals.
