During law school, Madison was committed to public service, earning the prestigious Gideon Fellowship and completing internships with the Arizona Supreme Court and multiple public defense agencies. She went on to serve as a Public Defender for Maricopa County, where she developed strong courtroom advocacy skills and a deep commitment to representing people from all walks of life.
Madison later practiced Social Security Disability law, successfully presenting complex medical histories to secure benefits for clients whose claims had been denied. She also gained valuable insight working as a defense attorney at a civil litigation firm—experience that now allows her to anticipate defense strategies and better advocate for her injured clients.
